Cyril

Cyril is a collection of modern adornment informed by the everyday sublime.
The collections draw inspiration from optical phenomena and museum aesthetics, using minimal forms to contain the intangible. The result is refined, sculptural jewelry that bends and emits light.
Cyril was founded by Leila Du Mond in 2017. The collection is designed and crafted on both coasts using precious metals and drops of light.
Leila Du Mond is an award-winning artist and designer. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Leila was recently selected as a winner of the CFDA and Accessories Council’s Elaine Gold Launchpad, and Ylang 23’s NextNow. Leila creates sacred objects in light, stone, and precious metals. She works reductively, excavating material and responding to surfacing forms. Her work is an intuitive response to site, material, and sensation.
